Team Players and the Effect on the Online Student Experience
The adage “actions speak louder than words” can be a challenge in the online environment where asynchronous learning and communication is in the form of phone, text, and email. Faculty have the largest impact with online students and we should consider how faculty can grow as a team player to navigate technology, interpret information, and work asynchronously to develop essential qualities as part of their toolbox.
