White Paper: Increasing Patient Participation In Pulmonary Rehabilitation
The focus of this white paper is to show how a pulmonary rehabilitation program (PRP) is the primary tool for decreasing readmissions of patients with lung disease, specifically chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The following information was gathered from a review of literature and interviews of PRP staff members.
