Welcome to the third issue in the third volume of the Journal of Higher Online Education. In this issue, we feature peer-reviewed research about quantitative comprehensive course websites and mental health services for students.
In addition to peer-reviewed articles, we have two non-peer-reviewed articles. Our Reflection in Online Education this issue is written by Pamela McCoy, the Associate Dean of Faculty Development at Independence University, who discusses how to identify quality instructors. We also have a book review about Leslie F. Stebbins' Finding Reliable Information Online: Adventures of an Information Sleuth.
